        No tourist tax for stays longer than 3 months

- Minimum stay: 1 week - no maximum

- Price based on a maximum of 2 people and 1 bed.

- A deposit (+/- 25%) is required upon reservation.

- The balance is payable 3 weeks before the start of your stay. (**)

- Monthly payments possible for stays of more than 2 months.

- A security deposit may be required.

- Cancellations:  > 3 weeks: 25%  -   < 3 weeks: 50%

- Interruption of the stay: 50% of the remaining rent

- Proof of domicile possible, for residence permit in case of stay > 3 months.
